Sara leads a full-service design process — furnishings, accessories, and upfitting — as a core part of working with us, because a well-designed home books more often and at higher nightly rates. It's part of the relationship, not a separate add-on.
Your fee covers listing creation and optimization, dynamic pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance, 24/7 support, and monthly reporting. Design and furnishing are included in our Managed and Premium tiers; a design consultation is included in Starter.
We list on Airbnb and VRBO, with synced calendars so you never get a double booking. We also optimize each listing for that platform's search and ranking algorithm.
We use dynamic pricing tools that adjust nightly based on demand, local events, seasonality, and comparable properties — balanced with a human eye so rates never feel opportunistic to guests.
Every booking carries platform damage protection, and we require verified guests. If something happens, we document it, file the claim on your behalf, and coordinate the repair through our trusted vendors — you stay informed but never have to manage it.
